Ask for help choosing a training provider

If you would like help choosing a training provider for the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, use the form on this page. The form asks for a few details, such as your name, a way to contact you, the state or territory where you live and how you would like to study. Please enter only what the form asks for.

Before you use the form, it may help to read our study guides. They explain the costs, the funding options, the work placement and the time the course takes, so that you know what to ask.

Tell us about a mistake or a change

Training providers change their prices, conditions and course pages over time, and we may not have seen a change. If you notice something that looks wrong or out of date, please tell us. A helpful message includes:

2. What the information says, and what you believe is correct.
3. A link to the page where the training provider or the government body states the correct information.

We use the official source to check the information before we change anything. We update the date shown on the page when we complete a review.

What we cannot help with

Cert3 Comparisons is a comparison website. We are not a training provider, so we cannot enrol you in a course, change your enrolment, answer questions about your results or handle refunds. For those matters, contact your training provider directly.

We also cannot give legal, financial or regulatory advice. Where this website describes a government programme or a check for working with children, it gives general information with a link to the official source. For your own circumstances, please contact the relevant government body.
